He is a lil ray of sunshine to people he likes, and just generally chaotic and unpredictable to everyone.
Runs a mafia potion business where he has to be ruthless/cunning. As a result, he knows how to fight.
He's a hippocampus centaur, but mostly spends his days parading around as a human, thanks to the help of his potions.
He can be seen with horse ears or human ears, having a horn or not, etc. He sometimes just looks like a mermaid too. These are results of other potions, or his "human" potion wearing off.
