June Chambers

June Chambers is the protagonist of  Heighterarchy. She has admitted to attempted murder and is all around a bit of a mess right now. After becoming one of two rulers of a failing kingdom due to a tied election, June fell in love with the former queen, Dawn Baker. After escaping prison in Taunlin Isle and returning to Talme, she signed a contract with Ellie Beth that obligated her to murder Greg Hedge. After she "succeeded" in murdering him, she created a fake world where Greg simply disappeared and Ellie suffered a fatal heart attack as a means of coping and now finds herself stuck between two separate realities.
