The youngest and myqu child of both Fae and Lilhh, being Zan's twin from the same brood. The unknown world scares her as everything else does. She's constantly crying from things she cannot understand. Her family knows watching Steven Universe calms her down and is enthralled by Rose Quartz's long curly hair. She wishes to see long beautiful hair (or fins).

Physical Description:

A humanoid water being with very short and soft fins. All aquatic frills are accented in a ruby red, complimented by her orange bright markings. Her overall skin tone is a deep cyan color which mimics the mix of Fae and Lilhh's hue. Her pupils remain black like all Myqus have. Nay's appearance is the most strident when compared to the rest of the family and both mothers are unsure how this came to be. Genetics are strange...

Due to constant crying, Nay is prone to growing up unhealthy and thin. Both Lilhh and Fae make sure she's drinking plenty of water because of this.

Personality:

Timid, unnerved, impressionable, cautious, quiet.

With the constant fear of the unknown, Nay is seen hiding or following closely behind her trusted family members. Even being raised back on their planet Aquidcidicanate would be no different, however her uncontrollable tears would be reprimanded if she tried.

Nay has a great love for large colorful fins. Even the long curly hair of Rose Quartz excites her. If she ever met the Aquidicite queen, she'll be sure to adore her magnificent appearance. Because of her love for beautiful fins, Nay is somewhat memorized to follow those with beautiful hair as well.

Following her great love for Rose Quartz, Nay absolutely idolizes Steven Universe. She closely relates to Steven who has much shorter hair than his mother and is usually seen crying. Much of this strikes a deep core in Nay, feeling a stronger connection with the sad boy. Occasionally she's seen watching the show on TV or being read stories by her family.

Backstory:

Nay was raised alongside with her twin sibling Zan on Earth, making her one of the youngest in the family. Because of growing up on Earth's culture, Nay has been introduced to many things Myqus do not get to possess: interests. The strict and heavily driven rules instilled into young Myqus were not forced upon Nay herself, making her unbounded and free from the Aquidicites Queen's reign and regimen. Nay is free to enjoy all the silly and meaningful cartoons on TV for her own entertainment. She's grown especially attached to Steven Universe and their main protagonist.

Nay's life seems predictable to all of her family members, but some days she's mysteriously gone. They do not know where she goes in those few hours and Zan seems reluctant to speak about it.

Ongoing Story:

Sleeping on her mother's lap or watching Steven Universe. Sneaks off without anyone knowing in the afternoon for unknown reasons.

Strengths and Weaknesses:

Can be very, VERY, aggressive towards those who take her food. She's known to bite people until they release her (unconfirmed) food despite being rightfully taken by said person. Her timid nature is thrown out the window and all manners fly from the table as she sinks her fangs into their forearm. Luckily Nay does not drain the water content out of them (as all Aquidicites can do, similar to vampirism) and only craves the "stolen" food item. If the food is returned gently, Nay will cease in growling and return to her normal demeanor. The only few she would not bite is Lilhh and Fae who often reprimand her for biting.

Nay is sensitive to loud noises and terrifying presences. She is consistently crying because of her weak fortitude. As a result from losing water via tears, Nay is quite thin and frail. She is inclined to freezing from the lack of water which keeps her warm. The family must keep tabs on her health every so often.

Extra Info:

• Zan acts as a safety measure for Nay, holding onto her hand to calm her
• From time to time, Kafe watches Steven Universe with her
• Her favorite gem from Steven Universe is Rose Quartz followed by Steven
• Out of both mothers, Fae carried her alongside Zan
• She has a fear of meeting new people, but taught to say hello to help break her fear
• Best friends with Ashan (to Kafe's surprise)
• Lux and her are sometimes seen together when Zan goes off on their own adventure
