A cute little weather puppy!

Her head is a cloud and she starts raining and thundering when she's upset. Those yellow things dangling from her head are her floppy ears, and she's got two cloud pigtails. She's perky and dumb but she gets good grades in skool. She loooves getting pats and will immediately get zoomies and run around you if you pet her. Occasionally she will lick puddles on the ground after it rains.
