lalala insanely powerful vampire guy omen of plague and death to humans!!! generally feared b/c of this even tho he's not malicious so he hides his face with a veil whenever he goes into populated areas. good at appearing menacing/mysterious but his low self esteem + little interaction with others who aren't scared of him/want to kill him make him easily embarrassed awkward.

has the vibe of someone just here for a laff xx but maybe that reason is a little messed up. maybe there is something he feels he has to make amends for, people he's let down, places hes seen razed rebuilt razed again...who knows b/c he's pretty cagey about anything thats not the present!

possesses incredible speed + psychokinetic flight. mostly just uses his fists to fight because he can accelerate himself to close gaps + punch with enough force to buckle a building. can turn into a swarm of dragonflies. thinking that his cape can absorb blood for him and act like a raiment of blades/plate armour or some shit equivalent but hes got a lot going on already tbh

a side character in sweet revenge who helps cam & geist release a country from imposed starvation. he also has got his own stuff going on tho isn't that fun
