Relationships:

Family:

Orion is his big brother and he looks up to him a lot. He also loves pranking him and messing with him. Despite all his antics though he feels secure around Orion and misses him greatly when he goes missing. Won't admit how much he likes to cuddle with him.

Amelia is his adopted little sister, they're roughly the same age though he is a bit older. He loves messing with her and just playing with her in general. Pluto became nicer to her when Pluto disappeared and started taking care of her more directly, even indulging her in some tea parties and the like even though he finds them lame.

Friends:

Kana is his role model and they love playing pranks together, especially on Orion. He sometimes comes to her for advice or just generally talking about more serious stuff. He feels secure around her and cares a lot about her. Loves messing around with her and laughs a lot around.

Ataru is his closest and best friend. Despite Ataru being so quiet and reserved, Pluto loves spending time with him and playing with him. They balance each other out quite nicely with Pluto getting Ataru out of his comfort zone sometimes and Ataru calming down Pluto sometimes. Loves to cuddle with Ataru. 

Willow is like a brother to him. Pluto was super thrilled to meet Willow, overwhelming the poor Shaymin in the process. Pluto loves playing with Willow in the garden and will gladly listen to his rambles about plants, wether Pluto understands or not is a mystery.

Grume is a great friend of Pluto. He loves to join in on Grume's antics and is thrilled whenever he shows up. Always has a list of things to do for them together. Sees him as an equally close friend as Ataru. Pluto helps Grume steal Orion's bow.

Aquaintances: 

Robert: Pluto likes Robert and loves to mess with him.

Felix, Seamus, and Marcello: Pluto loves their performances and spends hours trying to replicate them.

Bailey and Shepard: They often deliver fresh vegetables to the castle. Pluto loves playing around with Bailey and likes getting dirty in the mud with her.

Backstory:

Pluto lives with Orion and Amelia in his parent's castle.
He took care of Amelia while Orion was gone, other than that, his life was largely the same with lots of playing around.
When Orion returned, he was overjoyed to see him back and hugging him tightly, competing with Amelia for space. He also quickly got attached to Ataru and Kana and eagerly showed them around. He showed off Hector, his Float Stone and Heather, his Adrenaline Orb.

-Not the brightest sometimes
-Loves playing pranks
-Uses flameball as basketball instead of football
-Can't read the room well
-Oblivious
-Always positive
-Sometimes kisses people on the mouth out of nowhere and the stated reason is "it's a family type kiss" which answers little to no questions
-Often gets into fights and arguments with Amelia (never is actually mad at her though)
