Nicolas is fairly good at communication, including verbal, non-verbal, and writen. Developed from having to commune and be around multiple different people throughout his years of living. He is a fast talker and an even faster at debating. He believes that communication is incredibly important and strives to always know the feelings of his family and close friends.
Showing affection
Nicolas is not embarassed about showing affection to those that he thinks of as family. Whether its a hug, kiss on the forehead, headpat, or a shoulder squeeze; he will find a simple way to show them he cares. And if physical touch isn't up their alley then some sweets and baked goods are always the chosen substitute.

He has 4 claw scars across his face, these are from his first official hunt as a Devil Slayer. He was attacked from behind by an unknown demon. This demon had slashed his face and gave him a concussion. He was saved but he is still unsure of who did so. He has an acid burn covering almost the entirety of his right forearm, and he refuses to speak of the origins. Several other scars can be seen, typically caused by bullets, demons, and other hazards of devil slaying.
Tattoos
Nicolas has a singular tatto on his left shoulder. It is a protection sigil created by his daughter, Micheala. She had created after he came home nearly dead one day. He promised to keep the paper it was drawn on with him all the time. Though after the paper getting ripped or wet many times he had the sigil tattooed onto his shoulder.
Piercings
Nicolas sports many piercings. Spiderbites, a Medusa, nostril, tragus, second lobe, and stretched first lobes.
Wardrobe
Nicolas typically wears clothing that is flexible and sturdy. Meant to keep up with his active and dangerous life style. He tends to pick more unsaturated, cool tones as they make him feel calmer. Though when on the job he can usually be seen sporting his custom Velderman letterman jacket and his stylish leather boots.

Using his Devil Arm, Berideth, he manipulates the ground and the force behind his left handed attacks. With his right hand, he attacks with knifes and daggers that are coated with poisons created from devils he has previously hunted.

Berideth is a Devil Arm that Nicolas gained from a devil that he had beaten. Berideth had been impressed by Nicolas' skill and abilities while she had fought Nicolas. After he beat her in combat she compressed her being in a guantlet able to control the very earth and the weight of its own punches. A gift from a former opponent, now an ally.
Using demon parts and poisons, Nicolas creates and modifies special poisons that he uses in battle. These are used to coat weapons, inject into visible veins, and to lure enemies.
Inventory
Berideth
A guantlet forged by demonic power, only to be used by her master, Nicolas. It's force can move the very earth and its power can be wielded in different degrees in order to best match the opponent and wielder during battle.
Knife
This knife is keepsake from Micheala's first father-daughter hunt (which she wasn't supposed to be on). It was dropped by a defeated enemy during the fight. Micheala picked it up and thought it was pretty with its shimmering surface and curved blade. It hasn't gained a name yet, but they've been debating.
