Design Terms of Use
- Never resell for more than purchased unless there are art/writing add-ons
- Redesigns are fine as long as the original design is credited
- Would prefer designs don't go to any fetish/NSFW focused accounts; people who draw that sort of thing are fine but I don’t want my designs ending up on an account where ONLY that stuff is posted
- Don't use my designs for any commercial purposes
- Cross-uploading is fine as long as the character is never deleted from Toyhouse and I am always credited for the original design (this is so I can at least vaguely keep track of my designs)
- Please don't delete my designs!
- Always willing to negotiate refunds so long as the character was directly bought from me. I will not offer a refund if you bought a character of my design from someone else. Just because I am offering to negotiate refunds does not mean I will always accept!
Violating any of these TOS will get you blocked from my Toyhouse and barred from me directly selling my designs to you. Any individuals found selling my designs to people on my blacklist KNOWINGLY will be added as well.
