       13 is a cyborg created by the lab boss in order to compete with the natural Shenkong in the AOTU tournament. 13 never had any dreams or aspirations for themself as they were not programmed to have any. But when brought a question about what they wanted to achieve by coming to AOTU they were at a loss for words as they were only there because they were ordered to be. They struggle against the programming they were given and their desire to find a purpose for themselves that wasn’t predetermined.
