She's half doll half human with unever and wonky arms

Arms always uneven as same parts never seem to function when put together 

She was originally human,  still has majority of her internal organs
Some of her head and both of her arms are doll parts
She has a high resistance to Siclon's power making her arms hard to control and to often break down
