A foreign scientist brought in to be project lead on The Scarpshire Performance Enhancer Production and Advancement Project (Nicknamed Project Pepper). Their daughter Lupus was orphaned after their death nearly 20 years ago. They were a practicing surgeon with a second doctorate in biomechanics. They, along with their partner Samael, were hand-picked for the project due to their collective research into surgical applications of topical steroids promoting tissue regrowth, as of then only tested on animals.

A quiet and understated wunderkind in their field, they never liked to get into trouble. Despite this, their body of work was prolific, and those who collaborated with them in life have been quoted as of recently in remarking on their somewhat dubious haste to move research projects along.
