Jell-0

Jell-0 was the 100th experiment for scientists making human/dinosaur subjects. She broke out before she fully developed her look and is now stuck with a jello like tail. She stayed at the lab for a while until one other experiment broke out and lead others to freedom. She has strayed away from the others and now roams the world on her own, trying to understand everything.

She can only be spotted at night, drawing little attention possible.
