A trickster type stealth predator, Noto is a genetic hybrid created from alien DNA found in an antarctic crash site found in the year 1909. Parts of his dna were filled in with strings of reptile and fish DNA as they were the closest genetic match. He has the ability of sophisticated camouflage as well as bioluminescence. Noto is sometimes found talking to himself back and forth out of both mouths implying he could be a mutated conjoined twin.
