Better known as Vela Bari, despite being a new student she was quick to blend in with her classmates and take the role of a leader, looking out for the common well being and everyone's benefit. Rumor has it things didn't run so smoothly and her previous school, hence the name change, though the Barchetti's name is hard to taint and it is now Vela's turn to bring pride to it.

Evelyn is at first glance the quiet type, though it appears to be more of a "won't speak unless she has something important to say" type. Trying to make people feel welcome, making sure they are comfortable and that she can adapt herself to their needs, she's ready to be the shoulder people can count to lean on.
