they are grunkly slimey prisoners of the void realm, they were once creatures of other planets before Belial obliterated their worlds and cursed them to become apart of her empire in the void realm. These grunkly men always have a circular ever-bright lamp for a head that represents their caged souls trapped in a mindless zombie-like body that does nothing but build and destroy, a cycle Belial took much pleasure in watching. They can use their bodies to shapeshift into any creature or person they desire, but they will still always have a circular lamp for a head and a slimey black body. 

They tend to try to remember certain animals like a dog or a cat and replicate it to become that form for fun but due to their memories fading after being trapped in this realm for over thousands of millennia they end up becoming eldritch forms of that creature, accidentally replacing the animal's hind legs with slithering bodies or multiple arachnid legs. These beings are not dangerous unless you encounter some of the more mentally insane Unvoidables that have lost sense of reality from being stuck in an endless pitch black realm. Others have managed just fine creating little groups and living somewhat normally like the civilizations they once were apart of.

Unvoidables rank of power is shown by size of the creature and the amount of holes in the lamp. While Belial never gave them an actual species name before as she only ever refered to them as 'servant', Apollyon is the one who gives them the name 'Unvoidables' as a play-on-words, since these creatures are not affected to the rotting touch of the void realm so they are 'unvoidable' and because they are simply 'unavoidable', as they do tend to almost immediately follow around any new people that enters the void realm.
