Captain Rose is the captain of the local police department, having been working in the force for over 40 years. Doing her due diligence rose her through the ranks, despite chastising by her peers.
Hardly showing her age, she's still sharp as a tack when it comes to keeping an eye out and keeping things in order. A lot of her time at work now is spent on investigating than it is on getting out in the field. She's well respected by locals, though certainly a chunk of that is out of fear. She doesn't have very many friends.
She and Cliff butted heads very often in the past. Rumor has it that Cliff's preparing to get back in gear, something Rose is more than ready for. Though, with the way things have been going, maybe the right thing to do would be to let him do what he has to...
Lately things have been strange around the force. First the Planet's Tears, then the monsters, and now a vigilante kid running around trying to play hero. At least he's playing by the rules, but this overbearing officer isn't helping either. Talk about a handful!
