Overview
Fox is the second-in-command in Cliff's eco-terrorist organization. He's very brash and hard-headed, making him good at getting the job done, but not at taking or giving orders. Despite this, he's built a reputation for himself as a reliable guy.
Growing up as a delinquent, he's extremely street smart, and has very strong morals. This quickly gravitated him towards Cliff's organization, even at a young age. His smarts got him through a lot over the years, and he's still got plenty to go around. He spends a lot of his time as a drifter, going where he pleases.
The Planet's Tears phenomenon is obviously bad news. The way the planet seems to be expressing itself to us in this way is haunting, but, in a way, endearing...
