His perks are primarily for helping others and playing support. Often times running head-long into danger rather than away. He's decent at most things but he shines brightest at helping and healing his team.

Fancy's technically the leader of the three Dwights, because he often takes responsibility for others and does his best to care for them. This is also true in trials, to a fault. He's likely to even try to save someone off of the hook if they're being camped or it's end game with very little regard for himself. If there's a chance he can save someone, he's going to take it. In those ways he can be extremely reckless and stubborn.

Dwight didn’t have it easy, he had moved away from his parents rather young as they weren’t the most caring or supportive of people. 

He had tried and done many jobs and had actually attempted to become a teacher, which is part of the reason he learned to speak the way he does now. He did plenty of other odd jobs that involved him dealing with children like mascots, daycare, etc. But ended up realizing it wasn’t for him, nor was it sustainable for himself.

He didn’t have very many friends, just a small handful he would see every now and again, mostly old school friends.

After doing plenty of odd, crappy jobs Dwight found Peak 22 and started working there. The pay was better than anything he’d ever had to do before, for an arguably easy job. It’s also where he met Rose and made friends with her. Unfortunately the boss, Lazar, could have been easily described as a workplace bully, if not worse. Dwight had sat by for an agonizing amount of time and simply took the mistreatment and turned a blind eye when it was done to others. That was until Lazar had fired Rose and ruined her entire future career for his own misdeeds.

After going with Rose to a party full of people who had been fired by Lazar, Dwight met Max. Max offered Dwight a drug to play a harmless little prank on Lazar. 

Dwight had been told it was something to make Lazar giggle and laugh uncontrollably, he even did his research looking up the information on the drug Max had said was in the vial. The plan was to give it to Lazar while he was in one of his important meetings, to make him look like a fool. 

Whatever he had actually given Lazar was not that. 

After the incident where Lazar nearly killed a chairman after losing his mind for a time, many employees were laid off or fired. Dwight was invited to meet with Max on a hiking trail where he was blackmailed and threatened into silence. 

In the end Dwight never even made it back from that hike.

• Fancy’s been in the fog for over 10 years now and is rather well rounded in his trial skills. But he excels in altruism.
• When he first entered the fog he had joined a small survivor crew, including Elf (before he was called Elf)
• Fancy took up the role of secondary Dwight, back then he was often called nicknames like Dwi, Dweet, Dweety bird, Dwighty, etc. While Elf was simply Dwight.
• Elf wasn’t quite as spikey as he is now and was rather protective of Fancy and taught him how to survive trials
• Fancy is Pizza’s mentor where Elf was Fancy’s
• Fancy’s main downfall is his own guilt and self sabotage, he believes most things to be his fault whether or not they are and blames himself for most problems.
• This stems from the guilt he carries from back when he was taken, and how that part of his life was never concluded.
• He has very serious issues with his own self worth and consistently puts others above himself to an unhealthy degree.
• He is altruistic to a fault in a trial, and will always do his absolute best to make sure you are safe, unhooked and healed. Even at endgame or when he could escape himself, he will regularly sacrifice himself for the possibility of saving someone else even if his safety was assured.
• He avoids conflict to the best of his abilities and is as polite as he can be, but if others are being pushed around he will not stand for it. Himself is another story.
• However, when he has his mind set he can be incredibly stubborn.
• He’s a social butterfly out of the need to be accepted by others, even if everyone is friendly towards him or is his friend he has constant doubts that they actually like him
• He doesn't ask for help, doesn't believe he's worth it. He doesn't really talk about his problems or vent very much
• He doesn’t swear at all, even when in great amounts of pain. Instead he might say alternatives like “heck”, “goodness” or “shucks” other times he might say random treats or foods like “biscuits”, “cracker jacks”, “maple syrup” etc.
• The whole not swearing thing is kind of a joke to himself at this point, others like to tease him for it in a friendly manner and he doesn’t mind the attention. May do it more around people who think it’s funny.
• He will sometimes excuse himself to be alone at the edge of the forest, although he’s quite social and enjoys company he also really values private and quiet times
• Fancy has been crushing on Jake for a long time, not necessarily Bark, but Jake in general. Due to his low self esteem and general nervousness he’s never been able to build up the confidence to tell the guy he likes him.
• He admires the more "fearless" survivors and generally enjoys Jake's more comfortable silence, even if he himself likes to talk.
• Being the oldest of the bunch, he had actually started to seek out therapy before he was taken and knows some strategies to keep himself calmer and be more presentable. He hadn’t gotten very far in it, but it does help a little
• This is why he seems less nervous and is able to hide his anxieties a little better than some Dwights
• Despite Fancy being quite well dressed he isn't very well versed in fashion and gets uncomfortable easy when people try to talk to him about it.
• His favourite colour isn't even pink, though it's grown on him since he's been stuck in his vest for over a year and it is kind of nice
• He mazes his sentences and stutters a little, His stutter isn’t as bad as Pizza’s but he corrects himself often and is still going to stutter with high emotions
• The rose in his back pocket isn't always there, but it likes to show up at inopportune moments
• His heterochromia is not natural and was gained after being a killer
• He doesn’t bite his nails, he’s managed to break the habit and instead will place his hands around his lips or chin when he catches himself 
• Instead of biting his nails he typically wrings his wrists and rubs his neck
