Kazimir, second leader of the Verdant Project. He is the enforcer of the group and is the one typically called when things aren't going quite as planned. He's got a bit of a sadistic streak and has low morals. If people get hurt in the outcome, what does he really care? His job is to relocate any people inside a designated Wild Zone. He is one of the two captains of the Verdant Project that people fear most. He doesn't tend to get along with his co-workers, but tolerates them at best.

A bit sadistic and has low morals, Kazimir isn't somone anyone typically picks fights with. When they do, he puts them in their place rather quickly with his Pokemon team. As the enforcer of the Verdant Project he's not afraid of getting his hands dirty and will do what he needs to in order for the job to be done. Despite his hard exterior he has a soft spot for Pokemon and sweets.
