a ditto that acts like an 8-ball. can only respond to yes or no questions. always smiling, rarely changes facial expression. when transformed into a different pokemon, he maintains his white eyes and sharp teeth. he can only talk normally when he's transformed into a pokemon, and even then his voice is monstrous and deep, and echoes with each word. only transforms while in battle.
