Silly little Alicorn. Was born a pegasus and was given his weak horn in a spell gone wrong. He saw alicorns in stories and when he was a filly he asked one of his friends to give him a horn. It succeeded, except instead of strong, powerful magic he got extremely weak magic. He's unable to lift anything over 20-15ibs or cast anything more than a very simple spell with his horn but this doesn't bother him too much, he mostly wanted the horn originally for the aesthetic anyway.
