- Miro is his drinking buddy and closest friend.
- Miro acts super affectionate/cute around Rohan, but Rohan is fully aware of Miro's real personality (which is super mean+aggressive) but he pretends he doesn't know because he thinks Miro's efforts in hiding it are entertaining.
- Miro calls Rohan "Roh" while Rohan calls him "mimi" ^^) They rarely use eachother's full names.
- Rohan treats Xing like he's his own son/disciple because Xing is his first subordinate. Xing actively dislikes him.
- He forces Xing to move in with him and Miro so Xing always nearby.
- Rohan first chose Xing because he was the only person that didn't want to achieve anything in life and retire. He just took him in on a whim because he liked the idea of ruining his life plans by making him strong. That and he was interested in Xing's powers
- Doman and Milan are father figures to him. Although they both look up to Rohan in a couple ways.
- The "an" at the ends of their names were added by Doman in order to make them an unofficial family, serving as something similar to a last name. (Dom, Mila, and Roh were their original names.)
- Key treats him like a brother even though they've barely interacted before, due to the kinship he feels from them both being child prodigies.
- Dislikes Ghita, because Ghita is very rule/justice oriented, hard to rile up, and is a "boring" person to be around, unlike Tezu, who is similar in personality, but easy to embarrass. (and Rohan often teases).
- Rohan supplies Soloman with a lot of his terrible merchandise and items, and they both often try to out-manipulate each other.
- Brought back Cairo to the organization after Milan died. He doesn't trust him, and keeps a very close eye on him the whole time Cairo is in the organization- while Cairo is rightfully terrified of Rohan.
