Usually seen at midnight like a ghostly white, toweringly tall silhouette under starless sky.
The creature seems to be a cloven-hoofed animal, but the fog surrounds the creature makes it impossible to know exactly what it looks like up close. Electronic devices become malfunctioned under its presence. At best, phone or radio signals suddenly get weakened and usually misdirect users to an unidentifiable phone line or frequency if they try to get into contact with other devices outside Tenebria.
It is said to appear in plain sight whenever a strange phenomena that affects the whole state is about to ocurr.
