Deadman Dandy

This here, Deadman Dandy ....or just dandy is a man akin to a revenant who's had his head lopped off once. His body thrown into a poison swamp rumored to have been bottomless.

This same man soaked in the energies and old blood spilled of dragons and more. He awoke and crawled out hundreds of years taking up tools he found and fixing the fences of the beastfolk who lived in a village nearby. But he was no longer truly alive even as these folks took him in he proved capable of a great many supernatural feats.

He is a martial artist capable of projecting elements and growing draconian wings. Dealing crushing blows to foes imbued with flames, frosty mist. Lightning ravaging acid and even poison arts. He even breaths out dragon breaths and can catch projectiles such as arrows and even caught a bullet before.
