Basics
The oldest of three identical synths, Ricky wanted nothing more than for his brothers to be happy. He is, however, terrified of the world outside of the Institute as well as reprecussions for running away. He lives in blissful ignorance of his synthetic aspects after the Railroad helps place him and his brothers with some settlers in Dry Rock Gulch in Nuka World, but it doesn't last.

Personality
Ricky is typically more reserved than his brothers. He doesn't like to rock the boat and upset people and would rather take the safest route where possible. When he can relax, however, he really enjoys helping out particularly in medically inclined areas such as medicine and general practices. His priority is to ensure the happiness and safety of his identical brothers Terry and Russell.

Redeye [ Brother ]
Having suffered multiple instances of memory loss, Russell, aka Redeye, does not recall Ricky or their brother Terry. Regardless, he comes to accept him as his brother and the two look out for each other after they reunite.
Terry [ Brother ]
The middle brother of the triplets, Terry was the cool and outgoing one. Unfortunately Ricky is separated from him and he's later confirmed dead.
Dr Bridgeman [ Mentor ]
The longstanding doctor of Nuka World that arrived with the first raider gangs, she teaches Ricky the hippocratic oath and everything she knows.
Royce [ Boss ]
He runs Nuka World and as such, Ricky answers to him on a professional level. On a personal level, he has mixed feelings about the ruthless man. He'd rather his brother not be in love with someone who seems to disregard him, but holds out hope that perhaps Royce isn't as bad as he seems.
