• A young angel-elf hybrid who was chased out of his home at a young age for being a bastard child of elven royalty. Barely remembers or misses his old home.
  
• Lives with Naos and Midi, a pair of orphaned twins who treat him like their own brother.
• 70 years old, but looks physically 14 in human years. Considered young by his species' standards.
  
• Very skilled with light and healing magic, due to his mixed magic heritage.
• Can wield a battle axe. Absolute menace.
  
• Owns a gun. Do with this information as you will.

Personality:-

• A cute, sweet and innocent boy. Soft goodboi vibes. That's the energy he gives off, and what most people think and know of him.
  
• Genuinely kind and polite to most, and pleasant to be around. Has a mild temperament.
• Has a holy and peaceful presence. You'd feel bad if you tried to make fun of him. Then he'd console you for feeling bad. But why would you be mean to him in the first place, you monster.
  
• Actually straight up unhinged. Has no moral compass, just does whatever he wants, or whatever the people he likes asks him to. Would absolutely go ham if he deems it necessary. The kind of guy who'd smile sweetly and not bat an eye as he stabs someone.
• Always wears a bright and kind smile, so no one can tell that he's anything but gentle and caring.
  
• In conclusion, he's just a little guy. A soft and kind good boy. Maybe he occasionally does questionable acts, and has questionable values. But you'd forgive him because he's so cute, wouldn’t you? And the Tero you know wouldn't do such a thing, right?

Relations:-

• [Naos] & [Midi] - No shipping. Was accepted by Naos and Midi as part of their group after he proved his loyalty in the past. Tero is always the one to bail them out of trouble, either through distraction or trickery. Both of them know of Tero's other side, and neither of them mind or really care about it. It saves them sometimes, after all. Tero loves them dearly and would kill and die for them. Has made a promise to a late friend to protect and look after the twins.
  

Design notes + Extra:- 

• As an elf hybrid, he has pointy ears.
  
• His scarves flow out behind him and are billowy, reminiscent of angel wings.
• [Optional] His scarves can transform into angel wings at will. Tends to keep his wings hidden away by default.
  
• The colour of his scarves (and wings) are a gradient, going from yellow to white to blue at the ends.
• His coat has a white gradient at the pointed tips.
  
• Has an unusually striking and piercing eye colour, which seem to almost glow. Said to have an unsettling gaze at times.
• Has a more feminine and youthful facial structure and features.
  
• ^ Twink, basically.
• Ahoge sprouts from the left side of his head and points to his right.
  
• Has fluffy, light and soft looking hair.
• The only people who know of Tero's true nature is Naos and Midi. Everybody else only sees him as a cute and innocent elf boy. This is very important!
  
• Is mainly a healer and caster. It's a mercy to his enemies. You know you're in trouble when he brings out the axe.

• Associated with teal, pure white, angel wings and angel imagery in general.

Future, 2 years later

• No longer assists in stealing, moved out of his old home and opened a cafe with Naos, Midi, and an old friend, Spica.

• A sweet and adorable waiter! Captures hearts with his kind and soft demeanour. Always gets the most tips from customers.
• Used to be a part of Midi’s and Spica’s competitions to see who can get the most tips, but has recently stopped being counted as a participant by them due to countless crushing defeats. He doesn't even know there was a competition in the first place.
