He grew up being very loved by his family, but hated by their village. The hate subsided as he grew up, as he was a great help to the comunnity, but he was still not very trusted. He became an executioner like his father as soon as he could, to execute and send people back to their goddess. Okeanos was one of the few siblings that stayed on the sea, and the only one who stayed with his father and followed his steps.

• He's a bisexual disaster.
• I customized (visually) a decanter of endless water -basically a bottle with infinite water, be it fresh or salty- to make it look like a watering can. So yes, he has a magic watering can.
• Being a half-blood, he can't stand the pressures of the deeps of the sea.
• He can manifest some dragon parts, and when he enters into a rage, his face morphs into a more draconic one.
