Richie Flores is a Spanish Mechanic who knew about car culture and drifting after his trip to Chicago and Japan. He has always dreamt of drifting around the streets of Madrid ever since he was a young fox. He would always call himself by his alias "Joybuzzer", in memories of one of his favorite joybuzzer toys that he used to prank people in his early days. He learned how to drift using his first car, the Mitsubishi Galant. He was also offered an Abarth 124 Spider, however he declined it as he preferred using JDM cars. One time, he stumbled across an abandoned Nissan GT-R LM around the streets of Spain and has decided to restore it and make it his main drift car, and because his Galant was originally for regular street driving. He started making a name for himself ever since, until he was invited to the Horizon Music Festival to compete in various contests.

Richie Flores was one of the qualifiers of the Horizon Mythical Tournament after finishing the Goliath Race in Horizon UK. He was however eliminated by Rin the Shaymin in the first round of the tournament.

Richie was one of the few Horizon participants to move to Horizon Mexico. Flores would end up leaving his Nismo GT-R LM in UK and purchase a second-hand Rocket Bunny Nissan Silvia K's while in Mexico and turn it into a drift build racecar and participate in various Formula Drift competitions in the festival as well as many drift contests in Drift Club Mexico.

Richie Flores was also one of the 6 titular characters in the FurrFlix original series "The Heat 6 Showstoppers". He is seen driving a Nissan 240SX.
