Pre-Jellification

Before taking the pill Fei had a good life, despite an extremely difficult childhood, she was happy. She joined a specialised ballet school for the extraordinarily gifted at 7 years old, despite being rejected entry the previous year. They boarded at the school from 7 until they were 18 years old. The school was strict, their food intake was severely restricted and the students were overworked. There were ranking displayed in the main hall of their percieved value. For the first few years, Fei was ranked near the bottom of their year. After all, many of the others had been there since as early as three, Fei was considered a late bloomer. Feis low ranking often got her picked on by the other children. Fei first moved onto pointe shoes at 9 years old. Fei's rank first moved into the top half of their year at 11 years old, where they barely made the cut. Fei was determined to keep this rank, and ended up developing a severe eating disorder, throwing up everything she ate. Fei was hospitalised for this a week before her 12th birthday. After being in the hospital, Fei's eating was closely monitered by staff, she was allowed more food than the other kids, and she was not allowed to visit the bathroom for a certain length of time after meals. Fei continued to train hard, but her stay in the hospital had sent her rank plumetting again. Fei felt defeated and ready to give up, and this showed in her dance. This lead to her being approached by [name] and her boyfriend [name] who supported her and told her not to give up, both were highly ranked, and so they helped Fei train outside of classes. With their guidence and support Fei climbed the rankings, even placing first in her final two years. [name] became her girlfriend and [name] her dance partner.
Post-Injury

Fei had a difficult time emotionally after her injury. She had spent her life being very active, so she found spending so much time just sitting around emotionally draining, that combined with the fact she may never dance the same, or at the same level again. She was in immense emotional distress. Old habits came back and they began refusing food. Leading to her physical and emotional health worsening even more. It was then, in the immense free time she had, she was scrollng her phone and saw a Scyph.co advertisement. She had heard rumours of the pills negative impacts, but she wrote them off once she saw the difference in talent of the user. They bought the pill immediately, and it came quickly. Fei took it without telling anyone, including her girlfriend.
Post-Jellification
Fei doesnt remember anything directly after taking the pill, only that once she had become lucid again, she was back in the dance studio. The others immediately started telling her how amazing her dancing had been that morning. Fei was shocked, she didnt remember dancing that day at all.
Feis girlfriend was pissed when she first found out, but as time grew with Fei being so....not Fei, her anger faded and she became concerned. Once Fei was lucid and told her about their experience, living through their fears for hours and hours every day. She was worried, intensely. So every day when Fei left the house for the studio, she would sneak letters into her dance bag, incase she became lucid while she was there. Anything to have the smallest interaction with her. She often shares Fei's veil to sleep, she finds it surprisingly comfortable. The veil emits a sound that reminds her of Feis old music box. Fei has always been impatient and short-tempered, this has worsened since becoming a Jelveil. She has also become more self centered and inconsiderate, often outright ignoring her girlfriend if she does something even minorly inconveiniant. Fei's personality reverts back to normal when she becomes lucid, they both cherish this time together.
