Librarian at the library Epeli often attends (initially for uni, now for work). Callen became friends with Epeli simply due to how frequently Epeli is at the library, giving them ample opportunity to chat. 

Callen is extremely charismatic and has been told he talks like a salesman. He can't help but agree with them, though- he's scared himself at times with what he can get away with just from smoothtalking.
