First things first, I'd like too say that this characters outfit is never meant to stay the same, it's consistently changing all the time and your allowed to reflect that! If you just want to draw her as she is, that's quite alright as well!
-Her mask changes with her dress, it doesn't need to match exactly, as long as the color scheme stays the same
-the mask stays on, take and add on whatever you like, the mask stays
-A fan is optional but very much appreciated
-Her personality is shy and reclusive, she likes to be by herself and is very very jumpy, she dresses as she does because it's makes her feel more confident about herself
-Her expression is usually set in a bedroom eyed, neutral look when around others, but around close friends, someone she's in a relationship wth or just alone her expression is either haunted, scared, tired or all 3
-She's a changling! Her real form doesn't have a ref but she looks much rougher and scarred underneath, her hair wouldn't be soft or nice and her figure wouldn't be the same, she keeps up her form because her true form scares her
