Tiffany Anh "Tilly" Nguyen made her first appearance in Season 2 of The Nexus and The Horizon as a huge fan of The Rin Team, specifically The Nexus Hearts. However she knew someone was missing as that certain person has retired from being a Rin Team member and was replaced with Amarine the Nickit, she didn't really end up being close to her. She mostly focused on the 5 Nexus Hearts member and would always leave Amarine behind. However as the story progresses, she became close to Amarine, and as time passed by, she was invited to The Rin Team, and she became the newest member of the Echo Generation of The Rin Team before she travelled back to her home country right after the Horizon Mythical Tournament.

Tilly Nguyen is a St. Bernard from Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam. Her main interests in life are singing, streetracing, gaming, playing the guitar and piano, and ballet dancing. Because of her energetic and cheerful personality, as well as having a heart of a young teenage girl, she was described as "Dessy 2.0" by fans and have always requested both of them to meet up in a sooner moment in the RCU lore. Same Energy, Same Species, Same Personality. They're like twins XD

The reason for Tilly's appearance in The Nexus and The Horizon is that she was invited to attend the Horizon Music Festival by her British Best Friend and was treated a ticket to the UK. But little did she know that The Rin Team was attending the Festival as well. Tilly drives a 2003 Rally-built Ford Focus RS, and has participated in the Goliath Race and won, leading her to becoming one of the qualifiers for The Horizon Mythical Tournament. She was also gifted a 2017 Ford M-Sport Fiesta RS by Rin after racing with each other during September 2022's Horizon Friday. The M-Sport was also the car Nguyen used in the spinoff "Journey To Fortune Island".

Fun Fact: Tilly Nguyen (alongside Cassandra Pollock) were characters inspired by my Uncle's pet Corgi who goes by the name "Heaven". One strong resemblance present are the 3 fur colors, Brownish Gold, White and Dark Grey. And in deeper parts of The Nexus and The Horizon, there have been rumors of Tilly having a crush on Cassandra Pollock.

Because she is a Rin Team member, Nguyen was one of the people that joined Rin in expanding the Horizon Festival to Mexico back in January 2023, and this is where we get to see an even more cars from her. She arrived to the Festival with a brand new 2017 Ford Focus RS. This until now, is her current car of choice. She also ended up acquiring a Ford RS200 via Barn Find and made it her 2nd car of choice when it came to participating in cross country races or Horizon Baja Races. Tilly also was gifted a Sierra Cosworth RS500 but is currently an unused car. And back in April 2023, Rin gave Tilly a 2009 Ford Focus RS to which she used as a drift car.

Throughout her appearances in the RCU, Tilly has been seen owning a bunch of Ford vehicles, considering the fact that it is her favorite car brand. However she also owns an Off-road Mazda Miata MX-5, which was once tested by Rin and herself, and it ended up in a bit of a disaster. The MX-5 is still in the garage even after that muddy incident and is still being worked on.
