Kewpie is if not, the silliest villain to exist-they more or less likely have turned a bazooka into a toy for kids while still allowing them to shoot rockets. Their a telemarketer and a talkshow host during the evening but day through night their ...goofy looking villain 'persona' though their extremely recognizeable considering how they have their largely recognizeable red horns sticking out from both sides of their head...complimented with an angel halo on their right one! And not to mention their flashy outfit choices-a bright pink tuxedo with swirls and exclamation points? Yeah, definetly Kewpie.
