A funny lil guy. He/They enby standing at 5'1 with a pouty attitude about his height to prove it :)
Arms dealer and street rat. Lives by the philosophy to "make [himself] the most useful rat to the cats in the room" Has a little sister who he loves with his life and would probably go insane if he lost <3
Lives in the snowy Blue Kingdom, but runs hot due to his powers so he just... Dresses Like That. His power is to generate explosions :) Like the bomb mask in majora's mask though he can take damage from it. It regens eventually but it's annoying.
