|If you are buying design from me:| 1. Serious offers only. 2. If you won auction you have 24h for payment (for mixed art offers is around the month). 3. If i'm giving you hold you need to pay 50% upfront. If I won't recive finished piece or money I'll resell character to someone else. First 50% is not refundable 4. Do not bid if you are about to ghost me. 5. You are allowed to buy charakter as a gift for someone else. 6. Remember to offer art/ characters of equal value. 7. I'm taking only USD or mixed offers. |If you already have my design: | 1. Do not use my designs comercial unless you paid for it. 2. Do not sell my designs for more than you bought unless more art added. Art must be bought. You can't sell my designs if additional arts are gifted, raffled or made by you. You need to buy art from artist who isn't your mutual. 3. Do not remove my credits from references and TH. 4. Keep character on TH website so I can track my designs. 5. Do not trade/ sell my designs to people on my blacklist. 6. Do not redesign my designs unles I give you premission. If I gave you one you are allowed to do only little changes so design can still look like my design. 7. Do not remove my watermarks
