His grass hoodie is green, and so is his tail, and his tail and grass-hoodie connect together. He has a red mask around his eyes, a red bow on his grass-hoodie, and red claws. The CHEESE GANG would say that this is because they are blood-stained, but that's just how he naturally looks. He is a shiny decidueye.

Decidueye was taken in by the Ghost Gang(More like stolen from his parents). He has obediently followed every order demanded of him, no matter how dangerous. He has been in the Ghost Gang his whole life and cannot imagine leaving.
