Waltz is a rare grass-normal type Delcatty with snapdragon flowers growing on him. He lives with his partner Fortune in a small cabin in the woods. 

Whenever Waltz becomes sad or unhealthy, he wilts, and his flowers become dried out. Luckily, his life with Fortune by his side makes it so moments like that are few and far in between.
