Janyu is a spear fish from Liyue who creates artwork from dift wood. Janyu uses he/they pronouns.

three spears shoot up from the ground and skewers a target rendering them immobile for a brief period of time
burst - Tidal Plus
Jianyu slams their spear into the ground causing repeating hydro pulses from the spear, which healing all party members and apply hydro status to all enemies in the radius. The spear pulses 3 times.

passive a1 - Refreshing Wave
On the fourth swing in a progression, Janyu will release a wave of hydro from their spear causing damage to enemies in a line and healing themself
passive a4  - Catch and Release
After the effects of skewered strike wears off of a target the activity character is healed for each enemy affected by the ability

When you fish successfully in Liyue, Janyu's help grants a 20% chance of scoring a double catch.
