Disoriented: Too many transfers between her and her linkbeast have left her brain fried when it comes to figuring out who/what she is, and may end up behaving strangely because of it.

HISTORY:

Hyacinth will tell you that a life time ago she was just a little street rat, running around for scraps like the rest of the underpriveledged inner-city kids. In truth, she doesn't quite remember all that happened way back then. It's a distant muddied stain in a messy mind.
Nothing worth noting happened until her later years, when she started brawling in the underground scenes. Always a hothead, she let out her anger and daily frustrations fuel her strikes. She loved the thrill, the high tension, everything about it.
Eventually, getting the chance to up her game, when she followed rumours that lead her to a disgruntled biotechnician previously employed by beacon, but let go after his eccentric project got defunded. He wanted his creations out there, and wanted them tested in the pits, where he could rake in some money along with street cred for himself.
Hyacinth was one of the first to use the Linkbeasts. Biomechanical creature creations designed to fight in place of real soldiers, who'd be controlling them psionically from a safe point, resulting in less loss of life during war. However, mind transfer technology still isn't the safest, and a lot can go wrong. The first subjects were informed of the risks. But they soon came to find the rewards were well worth it.
The first few times Hyacinth tried it, she wasn't too sure. She missed the rush of being in the ring herself. But as she linked to this beast more often, the disconnect faded. She began to feel like she was in the ring again, now with more challenge and more danger as she tussled with other beasts with their own unique sets of weapons.
She was frequent in her fights, getting contracts with various corpos and other folks looking to place big bets, or do business while watching the brawls. She had fully embraced it, however with the repeated links, the line between human and beast has become blurred entirely for her to the point she doesn't know which one is her true shape anymore.
She could've kept going like that forever. But law enforcement and beacon eventually caught up with the whole thing. Busting and putting a stop to the fightng pits and their fighters. The original creator of the beasties getting locked away, and some of the linkbeast 'pilots' too. Some of the beasts themselves were likely destined for scrap. But not Hyacinth, she put up a fight like she always did, and got a deal struck between her and some of the others.
Jail time, or signing on as beacon employees and keep their linkbeasts as their DTVs. Hyacinth took the latter. She wasn't giving up part of herself and squatting behind bars. So now, here she is, fresh faced to beacon and ready to fight whatever she's put up against.

ABILITIES / SPELLS:
1. Rage (Self | n.a | Support)
In battle, you fight with primal ferocity. On your turn, you can enter a rage as a bonus action.
While raging, you gain the following benefits if you aren't wearing heavy armor:
You have advantage on Strength checks and Strength saving throws.
When you make a melee weapon attack using Strength, you gain an additional damage dice.
You have resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage.
If you are able to cast spells, you can't cast them or concentrate on them while raging.
Your rage lasts for 1 minute. It ends early if you are knocked unconscious or if your turn ends and you haven't attacked a hostile creature since your last turn or taken damage since then. You can also end your rage on your turn as a bonus action.

2. Retaliation (Self | 1d6 | Melee)
As a reaction while raging, you can make a free attack upon recieving damage from a creature within 15ft of you.

3. Pinning Pounce (Single Target | 1d6 | Melee)
You take a massive leap towards your opponent, claws and teeth barred. The target takes 1d6 damage and must succeed a dex saving throw or be knocked prone by you. If the target starts their turn pinned underneath you, they can attempt another dex saving throw to try and escape. You and allies can make attacks with advantage against a target while they are pinned by you.

TRAITS:
1. Darkvision
You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.

2. Biomechanical Weapon
Built for war, Hyacinth's tail and teeth are especially sharp and count as regular weapons when it comes to damage dice rather than the usual unnarmed dice.

3. Danger Sense
you gain an uncanny sense of when things nearby aren’t as they should be, giving you an edge when you dodge away from danger. You have advantage on Dexterity saving throws against effects that you can see, such as traps and spells.

4. Reckless Attack
you can throw aside all concern for defense to attack with fierce desperation. When you make your first attack on your turn, you can decide to attack recklessly. Doing so gives you advantage on melee weapon attack rolls using Strength during this turn, but attack rolls against you have advantage until your next turn.
