[Yol] Monarch

Character Info is still in WIP! But art images are generally up to date~

Notes- 

• Was named after the monarch butterfly. 
• Works for his best friend Anneliese (sometimes getting dragged into being dressed up), and also works along side their friend Devlin
• Has an adopted sibling named Whisper 
• Loves ribbons an bows, rare to see him without any on, especially the one he keeps around his neck like a choker. 
• Has a long strand of hair he keeps braided and wrapped together, he doesn't really share why he's kept it growing and never cuts it, so far only Devlin has learned it has to deal with Whisper when they were younger. 
• Has 3 ear piercings, 2 small gauges(one on either ear), and 1 small butterfly piercing(his left ear), they can all be swapped out in colors depending on his mood/clothing.
