Chime

Chime is a glass dragon, a species that can control objects using  telekinetic light! His feathers are basically little prisms, so he can  be pretty much any colors you can imagine, even shiny or iridescent! He  prefers starkly contrasting black and white with shimmery blue accents.  The spots under his feathers let him store light, which he can then  shine on things to apply his telekinesis.

Chime is an empathic music specialist, meaning he can cause listeners to  feel specific emotions. He can also feel what they're feeling, allowing  him to improvise and tailor his music in specific ways. This is useful  as a kind of therapy.
