Personality

Isolde is a motherly lady and likes taking care of people. She is very sweet and kind but is easily coursed into things she dosen't like. But because she has a loyal streak she goes along with it anyway.

She is quite sensitive and family is one of the most important things in the world to her.

History

Isolde was named after the Patron Goddess of Vanisca and was promised to August at a young age. She loved him and she had a happy marriage with him despite his commanding and controlling nature. They usually handled everything on a day by day basis. She supported him throughout everything even though she didn't agree with it.

She took good care of her children and was quite close with them. She did whatever she could to help them through their troubles with their father.

She was aware Casimir's relationship with Ryker but found it difficult to support him with August's complete hatred of their union. She was then confused by him courting Czarina at the same time. She unlike her husband had no issues with Czarina being part of the army.

She was upset, though understanding when Casimir sent Inalea away to Sunver to get her away from August's plans. She was devestated when Casimir ran off to Solpor without them and only surived the Winter Isle because of August.

She didn't like August's plans to attack the Belle Family but supported him anyway. She found some way to live on Mount Vera but eventually got lonely and wanted more children. When she couldn't get pregnaut August adopted Tobias for her. She loved him immensely and raised him as best she could. She was distraught about how things ended between August and Tobias but they eventually patched things up when she came to Solpor.

Isolde, like her husband, never spoke of Casimir's relationship with Ryker to anyone and continues to do so. Because of this, she is extremely supportive of Tobias' and Ryley's relationship.
