Proud commander of the Normandy, Arsène is the definition of a good, harsh leader. She will take on the difficult decisions, without letting her rank or feelings cloud her judgement, as much as she would love to let them. Outside of her job, she's a lost woman who has little to no hobbies- meaning her job is her life. (In ME3 she discovered she liked playing videogames and sampling wines!)
