Ms. Lavee

Bio

Ms. Lavee originated as the protagonist of a children's show, "Let's Learn with Ms. Lavee." Each episode starting at a schoolhouse where she would teach the other young characters a daily lesson with her sidekick and student, Pumpkin.

This would all change when one day the show is invaded by the Darkness right before the end credits. Ms. Lavee would usher her students back into the schoolhouse and attempt to keep them calm. Only for them to soon be swallowed up by the unknown entity. 

In an effort to try and rescue Pumpkin before she is lost to the darkness, Ms. Lavee ends up partially infected from touching the amorphous mass. However, she evades complete and total assimilation due to the show's credits cutting off the Darkness before it can consume her. Leaving her trembling on the ground as words and static fill her mind... Before she knows it she has awoken in an entirely different world, and thus the adventure begins.

Personality

Ms. Lavee is an alternate universe version of Terra Lavee, and differs from her significantly.

Ms. Lavee begins as a trusted, kind-hearted, and motherly teacher figure. One who is patient and firm with her students, acting as a guiding hand in their education. She was created to be a good example that children watching her show could look up to. 

When the apocalypse begins, Ms. Lavee is largely a fish out of water. Outwardly she tries to handle the world-jumping and apocalyptic events with grace, but internally she doesn't know what to do. The darkness that infects her body scares her, terrified she will harm the other cartoons she wishes desperately to save. Most of the time she tries to keep her infected body parts hidden from others. Either with bandages or with articles of clothing such as boots and gloves.

Occasionally she is pestered by intrusive thoughts caused by the darkness that infects her. Voices of a cruel and nihilistic nature that attempt to push her towards letting the darkness fully consume her. While most of the time she is able to push back these ideas, they are at their most potent when she is weakened or vulnerable. 

Still, Ms. Lavee is a resourceful and analytical person. Eventually learning to take control of the darkness which infects her in order to fight back. While she is determined to do whatever she can to try and save her students, she struggles with a constant inner battle to keep herself from becoming jaded and cold to the universe that did this to her.

Notes

• She is usually only known as "Ms. Lavee." She is only referred to as "Susie" by colleagues or the parents of her students. 
• Ms. Lavee is actually older than Terra Lavee
• Unlike her counterpart, she actually has a driver's license and has driven a school bus for "field trip episodes" on her original show.
• Ms. Lavee and Pumpkin have a mother-daughter type relationship. However they are never explicitly stated as being related.
• Ms. Lavee is one of few Terra Lavee counterparts who is not pumpkin-related in any way, other than having a student named Pumpkin.
  • The only thing which comes close is that Fall is her favorite season.
