Uprooted from his rather dull, civillian life when he was kidnapped by gang members that were involved in the ivory/horn trade. As a result, his crest horns and nose horn were sawn off, rendering him with his looks now. Draul took revenge on his captors, slaughtering them with sheer brute strength and butchering their bodies in a fit of rage. This spurred his anger and unleashed the more violent side of him.

Draul started up his own mafia ring, known as the Butchers Mob, notorious for butchering their enemies or targets and swiftly gaining a foul reputation in the underground. He owns one large Casino which he calls the Vipers Den and this is primarily where his mob hangs out.

Addicted to his habit of camboys, he ended up following BiteOfPeach and now with the money to back himself, won out the auction they were running for a date.
