🐯 Eirik's Links
Really admires Hythlo! Looks up to him a lot as they are very in the same boat of being born to complete a wish but being seemingly powerless to actually complete it. Eirik is a bit jealous that Hythlodaeus is good at one thing at least, and has a good personality to boot.
So big! And such a sweetheart, too! He tries his best, and skill-wise, is a lot like me. He's so nervous all the time. Spending time with Themis might do him some good. Tries to mentor Eirik at times.
Eirik highly regards Themis, and he sees them as friends. He adores Themis, giving him the confidence he so desperately needs and coming to help him if he only asks. He... is in love with Themis but has no idea how to spell it out plainly. So, he hangs around him, practically glued to his side and admires him. They flirt, they go on dates and more; but neither clarifies the nature of their relationship-- and for Eirik, despite the blurred line- he finds it comforting, too afraid to lose Themis if he truly does not feel the same way. After all, he doesn't want to lose him, given Themis' been the only one who seemed to care about him and believe in him.
Practically so in love it makes him look stupid.
Themis saw Eirik at his worst- worried for his friends so much that he outright attacked him. Through the panic and worry, Themis saw the caring individual. Despite his incompetence, Themis finds himself allured by the constant praise and is more than willing to help him.
Those feelings slowly developed into a crush on his side, but the hesitation comes from him and him alone (so he believes), as he worries about having to choose between his honourable duty or the true love of his life. He prays for both, but worries it'll be denied.
Eirik admires Azem. Despite being even smaller than Themis (somehow), they are a little puff of whirlwind. They are powerful, determined, and unafraid to face mighty foes. It... is an inspiration to him. They called him a friend, and it flustered Eirik beyond belief.
Scares/is very intimidated by him. Doesn't help that Hades is friends with his dad.
"Who?
Oh, him.
He's pathetic, really."
Doesn't really pay him much mind, though curious as to why he seems to want to hang around Hythlo sometimes.
'hey dad....'
"You're grown now, you need to learn to do things on your own. I expect you to not disappoint, but until then, do better."
