- if a redesign is planned, please make sure it resembles the old design in any way, shape, or form.
- a trade/sale must be fully complete before the character is fully yours, including if I owe you art in addition. (e.g. I give you a character and art for one character.)
- please do not remove credits or watermarks from my designs, including base credits.
- if you got a character for free, please do not resell/retrade unless value is added in the form of art or items, including your own. same goes for traded characters.
disregarding any of these rules gives me the right to revoke any character i've previously owned or designed UNLESS you already own them; in this case I will not revoke the character but I will no longer take offers or trade characters with you. once it is your character FULLY, your character t.o.s. also applies.
