Hello !! This is my Terms of Service for adopts, commissions, etc. . Going against this will lead you onto my blacklist, so please read carefully!:D
• Adopts
-MY ADOPTS ARE NOW TH ONLY!! If you see any design of mine that is being sold off platform with no th profile (specifically past the date of October 10th 2022) please message me!!
-I will also require you to please keep my designs watermarked so no one catches on to them and scams people !:)
-My adopts/Designs have a 1 week cool down, if I catch you /notice that you have sold an adopt/gave away an adopt I made before the cool down, I will warn you about being blacklisted, and if you do it again you will be slapped onto my blacklist!
-My bids will end in about 24 hours after the last bid (if there in no ab)
-I do ab holds when I say I do ab holds!! However, my ab holds are for 24 hours only
-Please pay within 24 hours of me responding to you if there is any currency!!:D (with art you can take your time but I will ask for occasional updates!!)
-And when bidding please reply to the highest bidder!:)
-Don’t bid if you’re not gonna respond to me / ghost me
-tell me if you’re backing out!!
-If an Ab hold doesn’t go through in time in a bta and more than 1 person is interested in the design, I will put them up for ota (SO DONT GET UPSET AT ME IF I ACCEPT AN OFFER FOR MY DESIGN THAT IS MORE THAN THE AB!!!! (talking to you that one person who called me a shitty person on that one tumbler WAC thing))
-And ofc don’t get upset if I don’t accept your offer!!
-Hmu if ur co-owning:)
-No “must be sold to x person” or anything like that, like the little “TOS” placed onto my designs, I don’t like that. And If I notice it’s there I will blacklist you😼👍👍

-DONT EDIT/TRADE MY ART. If you want something adjusted , like adding eyelashes , DONT add that on yourself (ESPECIALLY WITHOUT TELLING ME), I will do it. TELL ME. Idc it’s fine I won’t be upset😭😭I just don’t want you to edit my stuff
(Oo and if u want hmu if you want a transparent background of an art I made for you!! Might not be able to do that for older art tho😩)

-I am able to post my own artwork and designs !! However, when I post designs they will be watermarked or cropped just in case :D
-Please be nice to each other if it involves my designs !! This extends passed sales from me , it also goes for sales with other people!! Please do not be sour to one another !! This involves not wanting to trade somethin, if you don’t want to accept a trade say something normal like “sorry I do not feel as interested!” , however if you say something bitter/ entirely negative is said to spite someone, I will put you on the Temporary Blacklist !!! I do not enjoy seeing people being mean because it reminds me of my days at arbys UAGQUAGA- and it’s something I don’t really want to see in this community because it makes me very disappointed. So if someone has said something negative to you (negotiating my designs), please tell me with proof, and I will determine if they will go on there or not!!
- PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK WITH ME IF YOU ARE GOING TO TAKE FULL INSPIRATION FOR A DESIGN OR I WILL ADD YOU TO MY BLACKLIST!:(
- DNI if you are anti lgbtq+, gr00mer, racist, etc. if I figure out you are one or many of these I want you out because you are not welcome.
