- Adventurous; he's the one that sees a ramp when driving and will step on the accelerate

About:

A casual villain lurking in the dark city streets, usually spends time vandalising with his spray paint.
He carries three spray cans on him, one is your standard spray paint, one is corrosive 'paint' and the other is poisonous gas.
His little pouch holds paint bombs which are also corrosive once exposed to the air and filled with poisonous gas.
Well practiced in hand-to-hand combat too - I mean, he's gotta fight heroes without weapons at one point ' v'
His shoes and gloves also have synthetic adhesive allowing him to scale walls easily (Like the Gecko gloves irl).
