Chiya is the first Vikxie to ever be created, and is currently the mascot for Wing & Claw Co. They help promote any products the company wishes to offer with their friendly face.

Unfortunately, Chiya does come off as a bit of an idiot and an asshole behind the scenes. They're pretty annoying and everyone who personally knows them got used to their constant insults and somehow causing a lot of trouble...

Chiya comes off as narcissistic, uncivil and annoying, but really just loves attention. Chiya never really means what they're saying, its just their way of connecting with people, despite everyone finding them annoying anyways. They do act friendly as a mascot when needed but outside of that they're an asshole.
